In one sentence

Nirapod Probash has no account. Your documents, searches and calculations stay on your phone. The app also shows banner ads on three screens. The Google Mobile Ads SDK sends your device's Advertising ID and device information to Google to select and measure those ads. We do not receive that ad data.

What we collect

We do not ask you to register or log in, and we do not run our own analytics or crash reporting. We do not hold an identifier for you. The Google Mobile Ads SDK does collect and share device data as explained below.

What Google collects, to show the advertisement

This part is not us, and we will not pretend otherwise. To choose and count the banner, the Google Mobile Ads SDK inside the app reads your device's Advertising ID — a resettable number Android gives every phone — along with coarse information about the device and connection, and sends them to Google. We never receive it and cannot connect it to you.

You control that ID. On your phone, open Settings → Privacy → Ads. You can reset it, which disconnects it from anything recorded before, or delete it outright, which stops personalised advertising. Google's own explanation of what it does with advertising data is at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Where the advertisement appears — and where it never will

On three screens only: the home screen, the currency converter and the world clock. There is deliberately none on the emergency numbers screen, none in the document vault, none on agency search, and none beside any government figure. An advertisement next to official data could be read as an endorsement it is not, and next to a fraud warning it could be an advertisement from exactly the kind of business the warning is about.

Your documents

The document vault (কাগজপত্র) lets you photograph your passport, visa or contract so you keep a copy if an agency takes the originals. Those images:

Deleting a document overwrites the file and removes it. Uninstalling the app deletes all of them. Neither we nor anyone else can recover them — keep paper copies too.

Permissions, and why each one exists

INTERNET
Used to download updated agency-register and cost data from our server and to load Google banner ads. Documents, photographs, searches and calculations are not sent to our server. The ad SDK sends device data to Google as described above.
ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE
So a failed update can honestly say “no connection” rather than blaming the server.
Camera / photo access
Only when you tap “যোগ করুন” to add a document. Used for that image and nothing else. The app holds no camera or storage permission of its own — it uses the system camera and the Android photo picker.
USE_BIOMETRIC
USE_FINGERPRINT
To unlock the vault. The check runs entirely on your phone; we never receive your fingerprint or PIN.

Agency data in the app

The recruiting-agency licence records shipped with the app are a copy of the public register published by the Bureau of Manpower, Employment and Training (BMET/RAIMS). They are public government data about businesses, not about you. Searching happens on your phone; your searches are not sent anywhere.

Links out of the app

Some advice cards offer a button to open an official website — for example customs.gov.bd. Tapping it hands the address to your browser and you leave the app. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which we do not control.

Children

The app is intended for adults preparing to work abroad. Its Google ad SDK collects device data as described above.

Changes to this policy

If a future version changes what data the app or its SDKs send, this page will be updated before that version is released, and the change will be described here.
